AMACS Level 3 is a comprehensive package for Martial Arts school owners, and is a great way to also develop their own team. This course covers was part of a Cert III in Sport & Recreation with Self Martial Arts / Defence units. It is now available more broadly available and split into three levels with extra modules more relevant for club owners. If you are just jumping to this one without doing the previously levels you may not doing yourself any favours. Although Level 3 is the most comprehensive with a greater focus on business / administration / marketing / sports science / curriculum building the other levels fill in the gaps. This course has recently been re-worked with new martial arts masters and fitness/sports science experts as well as veterans in martial arts club management and business. In this course you will learn (just to name a few) how to operate in accord with accepted coaching practises, styles and legal and ethical responsibilities, Collect and provide information to facilitate communication flow, and much more.
